In order to 'master' a times table, your child will need to complete all of its 'Learn' and 'Challenge' questions.
It can take up to 10 times of completing 'Learn' exercises to master a times table, depending on your child's ability and accuracy. They'll also need to score 15/15 in the final 'Learn' exercise for a times table.
Once all of the 'Learn' exercises have been completed, 'Challenge' will become available. 'Challenge' needs to be completed a minimum of three times with a score of 100% at least once.
It's worth checking that the most up-to-date version of DoodleTables is being used.
Once your child has mastered all of their times tables, they'll all become unlocked. This means that they'll be able to freely access them to practice and retain their knowledge.
To lock or unlock particular tables, please follow the steps below:
When the child is logged into DoodleTables, tap the Doodle icon in the top-left of the screen. Tap > Settings > Work Programme (you will need to enter your parent password) > Restricted Tables.
Once you tap on this, you'll then be able to tap on each times tables and choose whether to lock or unlock it.
