Passwords and usernames are case sensitive, so please check that you are entering the details correctly.

When logging in to your account it is important to check that you are logging in as the correct user. On the login page you will be given the option to log in as:

  • my family
  • myself

Please select 'my family' if you are logging in as a parent, using your email address and the password that you created when you set up the account.

Please select 'myself' if you are logging in as a student, using the username and password provided by your school.

If you think you have selected the wrong user type, you will be able to change this by tapping on the grey arrow in the top left hand corner of your screen.

Activating a new account - if you have only just created an account and are seeing this error message, you may have not yet activated your account. Please search your inbox for an email providing an activation link.

If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact us via the green chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
