If you need to update your card details for your subscription, you can do this via the Parent Dashboard.
Go to Manage > Subscriptions
Click on your child's name, and a box will appear
Select Subscriptions at the top
You will then be able to click on Update payment card
Please update your details in our secure payment portal
If you have multiple children with a subscription, you will need to repeat this process to update the card details for each child.
Please note that if you have taken your subscription out through the App Store, GooglePlay or Amazon, you will need to update your card details through them.
