Switching between subscriptions depends on how you bought the current one;

  1. via the Parent Dashboard
  2. as an in app purchase

Please cancel your subscription by following the steps in this article. Once you have cancelled, and the subscription has come to the end of its payment period, you will then be able to add a new subscription via the Parent Dashboard by following the steps in this article.

2. As an in-app purchase 

You must first cancel your current subscription, directly from your device, see options below. 

Cancelling an in-app purchase;

Once you have done this, and the current payment period has been completed, you can then take out a new subscription via the Parent Dashboard by following the steps in this article.
