- Login to the Parent Dashboard.
- Select Manage > Subscription.
- All your active subscriptions will show in the table
- Click on the pencil icon next to the child's name, for the subscription you wish to cancel
- In the box that appears, select Subscriptions at the top
- Click on the Cancel button.
- If you took the subscription out directly with us, a pop up will ask you to confirm you wish to cancel. Be sure to select Confirm.
If you took the subscription out through an external app provider, we are unable to cancel these subscriptions for you. You will instead be directed to how to cancel with them.
