If your username and password are correct but you can still not login, then it may be your connection. Try turning off the WIFI on your device and try logging in again. If you can login on offline mode then the login details are not the problem.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'forgotten password' link on the login page for your Doodle account. If you enter the email address associated with your Doodle account, we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
If it is a school account, due to data protection reasons, the password will need to be reset by the class teacher.
If you have a linked parent account, however, you can reset your child's password. Please login to the Parent Dashboard > Manage > Subscriptions > Click on the pencil icon next to your child's name > An edit box will appear > Here you will be able to see your child's username and reset their password > type the new password over the greyed out current password > tap on Save.
