The change from Basic to Premium may not show up immediately, especially if your tablet or phone is off-line.
Please log out, then back in again, making sure your device has good network connection.
If you purchased through an external app provider (e.g. GooglePlay, Apple or Amazon), it may be that there is a different email address linked to your account than the one linked to your subscription. If so, please check this and contact us via the green chat bubble with both email addresses and we will advise you on how to proceed.
