To cancel your subscription, please click on one of the following links, appropriate to your device:
If you started your subscription directly from the Parent Dashboard, you will need to log on to the dashboard and follow these steps;
- From Manage in the top menu, select Children.
- Click on the dropdown in Actions and select Manage Subscription.
- Find the subscription and click Cancel.
If you have cancelled your subscription with us, but a payment has still been taken, please contact us via the blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner explaining this. Please ensure you use the email address linked to your account.
If your subscription was with an external app provider, we are unable to process any refunds. The refund must be dealt with directly through the app provider.
