Switching between subscriptions depends on how you bought the current one;

  1. via the Parent Dashboard
  2. as an in-app purchase

Please contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen and one of our team will be more than happy to switch this for you.

2. As an in-app purchase 

You must first cancel your current subscription, directly from your device, see options below. 

Cancelling an in-app purchase;

Once you have done this, please contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen with your name and we can ensure this has been changed on your account.

Once we have done this, you can manage your subscription directly from the Parent Dashboard.

Click Manage > Children

To the right of the child, click on the dropdown under Actions and select Manage Subscription.
